Blueberry Syrup!

I love canning. I have learned this skill from so many southern women. My Mamaw, Shelva Pearson, always chose to freeze instead of can when it came to veggies. Jam and jellies were mostly self taught and also the knowledge of many women of Gin City, Ark. I have been fortunate in being able to share this with my daughter, dil and grands.
